BA Mentorship — Founding Bundled Offer and Hosted Service Addendum
Policy version: 1.0.0
Prepared for complete owner review: 2026-10-02 (Asia/Kolkata).
Applies only to new founding bundled purchases of the 2.0.0 editions. This is not a product-version change.
This addendum supplements the approved usage, refund, privacy/retention and support policies preserved in OFFLINE_POLICIES.txt. For new bundled purchases, the specific hosted duration, delivery, recovery, upgrade-refund and provider provisions here apply to those matters. Historical orders, receipts, offline policy texts and immutable archives are not rewritten. Remaining terms and non-excludable rights continue to apply.
The complete consolidated text awaits final owner approval. Approval of wording alone does not authorize real deletion, refunds, new email sending, general customer activation, publication or paid launch. Operational commitments must be implemented and validated before accepting purchases.
What the founding purchase includes
One payment buys the downloadable purchased-version kit and 12 calendar months of corresponding supported hosted access: BA Mentorship Starter INR 999; BA Experience Lab INR 2,999; BA 360 Core INR 4,999; BA 360 Advanced INR 9,999. Higher editions include the earlier editions' scope. Starter excludes SQL, BI and higher-tier tools. The totals are final customer totals: BA Mentorship adds no platform, convenience, handling or payment-verification fee. Any legally applicable seller tax must fit within that total, with a verified breakdown/invoice. Actual GST registration, classification/rate and invoice particulars remain unresolved; no GSTIN, exemption or tax amount is asserted.
Both components must be deliverable before payment is accepted. A payment reference, claim or screenshot does not establish receipt. Only the owner's private check of actual incoming funds can verify a real payment.
Usable delivery, notification and term
Delivery notification will be provided as a persistent notice in the customer’s authenticated BA Mentorship account, under Orders. For a new bundled purchase, the 12-calendar-month access term and ordinary seven-calendar-day refund-request window begin only when the correct purchased-version kit is accessible, the corresponding hosted entitlement is active, and this notice is available; the server records the latest of those completed conditions. The customer does not need to open the notice or log in again for that timestamp to take effect. For an upgrade, usable delivery and its notice start only the upgrade’s seven-day refund-request window; the original hosted expiry and original purchase refund window do not restart. Checkout will clearly identify the in-account notification channel before a purchase. An email is not required to establish delivery and no automatic delivery-email or inbox-receipt promise is made. A payment claim, failed delivery, or unresolved dispatch status cannot start these clocks. Customers with access problems should contact support without paying again; unresolved delivery and consumer-rights cases remain separately handled.
The 12-calendar-month term is calculated from the recorded usable-delivery activation timestamp in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Expiry is at the same UTC time on the corresponding date the following year. If that date does not exist, use the last day of that month; for example, 29 February becomes 28 February in a non-leap year. The 30-calendar-day recovery period ends at the same UTC time 30 days after expiry. Paid learning and kit downloads stop at the expiry timestamp; permitted export-only access stops at the recovery-end timestamp. The account will display both deadlines in India Standard Time (IST, UTC+05:30), with the exact UTC timestamps available. Browser timezone changes and later logins do not change either deadline.
Download access to the purchased version remains available throughout the same term. Security/recovery link replacement does not change edition/version or shorten access. Legally downloaded materials may continue to be used afterward under the approved usage policy, subject to full-refund licence termination. There is no promise of permanent cloud hosting, perpetual download availability, future major versions or continuing hosted features.
No automatic renewal, recurring charge or automatic purchase occurs. Renewal pricing/availability is deferred. Renewal is not needed to continue licensed use of downloaded materials.
Expiry and recovery
Hosted learning becomes unavailable at expiry. For 30 calendar days afterward, authenticated customers can recover permitted existing learner-authored exports only. No new activities, editing, saved progress submissions, paid lessons, answer keys or datasets are available in this period. Exports must exclude protected reference content and another person's information. The interface must explain any withheld authored-reference or dataset material.
This recovery period is an access rule. Cleanup of learner-authored work follows the separate retention section below and does not extend access. Unresolved complaints, refund entitlements, privacy requests and legally non-excludable rights survive expiry.
Support and refunds
Email support covers access, downloads and problems with the purchased version for 12 months, plus assistance needed for the 30-day export recovery. Existing acknowledgement targets, consumer complaint handling, privacy request commitments and support exclusions continue. No personal coaching, human marking, classes or custom development is included.
The standard change-of-mind request window is 7 calendar days after usable bundled delivery as defined above. Duplicate/excess payments, unresolved access/delivery, incorrect delivery, material defects/misdescription and non-excludable rights remain separately handled under the approved refund policy. A full refund ends the refunded licence/access as stated there. No refund is issued or claimed by this document or by a support message.
Upgrade credit and incremental refunds
The approved upgrade-credit offer is higher-tier only, for the same verified customer and eligible current purchase chain within 90 calendar days of its original activation. Credit is based only on actual payments retained after prior refunds, with each payment counted once. Prior credit applications are not new payments. Unrelated purchases cannot be stacked; credit cannot be transferred or cashed out. Fully refunded purchases earn no credit. Additional payment must be privately verified before upgraded access is granted. The original 12-month expiry and 90-day window remain unchanged.
A private quote must show the current edition, target edition, verified retained payments credited, additional total, quote expiry and unchanged hosted expiry. Browser fields cannot choose these values. Current full-price examples without refunds/discounts: Starter→Experience INR 2,000; Experience→Core INR 2,000; Core→Advanced INR 5,000; Starter→Advanced INR 9,000. No standard upgrade credit is promised after 90 days.
Refunding only an upgrade payment reverses only the access increment financed by that upgrade, restoring the valid preceding purchase entitlement until its original expiry. A valid original purchase must not be erased. A duplicate/excess-only refund retains the valid purchased entitlement. Full-chain refund treatment must identify exactly which payments/licences are refunded and preserve unrelated valid purchases. Refunded amounts cannot be credited again. Cases involving defects, incorrect delivery or legally protected rights remain separately assessed. No automated bank action is implemented or approved.
Standard upgrade refund window: 7 calendar days after usable delivery of the upgraded bundle (the upgraded kit is accessible, the upgraded hosted entitlement is active and notification is provided). This window applies to the incremental upgrade payment; it does not restart the original purchase’s refund window or hosted term. For successive upgrades, an ordinary reversal proceeds from the most recent increment backward, preserving the valid preceding purchase and its original expiry. A request involving a different reversal order, partial refund, defect or non-excludable right receives individual review; no automatic forfeiture, pro-rata deduction or replacement payment is assumed. Upgrade checkout stays closed until this addendum and the complete workflow are approved and tested.
Providers and hosted data flows
BA Mentorship uses its dedicated Railway application and separate Neon database for the hosted service. The currently configured application and database regions are Singapore. The service processes necessary account and session information, orders, payment references and owner-verification audit records, entitlements, delivery notices, and saved learner-authored work so customers can resume across devices. Hosted work is not stored exclusively on the customer’s device.
Google provides sign-in using only openid, email and profile access; learner sign-in does not request Gmail, Drive, Sheets or Calendar access. Support correspondence sent to support.bamentorship@gmail.com is handled through Gmail under the approved support and retention policies. Banks and UPI/payment providers process the actual payment under their own terms. BA Mentorship never requests passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs, and only the owner’s private verification of actual incoming funds can approve a real payment.
The former Apps Script/Sheets/Drive delivery system is legacy read-only and is not required for new hosted purchases or delivery. Historical records remain private under their applicable retention rules. Personal data is not sold; purchases do not automatically enrol customers in marketing or research. Browser SQL uses fictional learning data and does not run against account or order storage.
Singapore hosting settings do not establish that all provider support, logs, backups or subprocessors operate only in Singapore. Applicable provider terms, data-processing arrangements and cross-border requirements must be checked before general customer activation. Approval of this disclosure does not itself establish legal compliance, authorize broader Google access, or open customer registration, sales or new research collection.
Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile. Necessary account identifiers, verified email, name, session/security and identity-provider records are stored for authentication. Order records contain the minimum customer/edition/version/price/reference, verification and delivery information needed for fulfilment and audit. A customer claim does not verify funds. The original QR is a private commerce asset with pinned integrity checks; it is not public while sales are closed. Routine logs must not contain credentials, raw QR payloads, request bodies or learner practice text.
The hosted workspace stores learner-authored answers, notes, decisions, saved queries/results, revisions, reflections and artifacts so the customer can resume across devices. It is not exclusively on-device storage. Browser SQL uses fictional fixtures and never executes against account/order storage. Imports are bounded and validated, cannot grant entitlement, and do not establish independently verified skill or real employment. Failed imports preserve existing state; conflicting edits require an explicit learner decision.
Synthetic staging records are explicitly labelled TEST and can persist in the isolated database. They do not represent money received or real learner research. Disposable synthetic progress is cleaned up and test grants revoked; immutable synthetic audit records remain labelled and retained for evidence. No sale of personal information, advertising trackers, automatic marketing or research enrollment is permitted.
Retention after export recovery
After the 30-calendar-day export recovery period ends, BA Mentorship will delete learner-authored answers, notes, saved practice queries/results, revisions and portfolio work from its live learning database within 7 calendar days, unless an applicable legal obligation or a documented unresolved access issue, complaint, refund, dispute or security investigation requires retention. Any exception will retain only the necessary material with restricted access, a recorded reason and a review date. Retained material will be deleted when that reason ends and applicable requirements permit. This cleanup period does not extend learning or export access. Order, payment, tax and security records follow their separate applicable schedules. Backup copies follow a separately verified restricted-access expiration schedule; restoration must reapply deletion obligations before customer access resumes.
Authentication/session information is used only for account operation and security. Provider tokens cannot be used for unrelated Google access. Minimum entitlement/order/audit records follow the applicable purpose, holds and separately established recordkeeping basis; financial periods are not invented. Routine closed-support correspondence retains its approved 90-day rule and exceptions. Existing approved security-log, backup, dispute/security/legal-hold and six-month review rules remain distinct. Actual provider backup expiration coverage and restoration procedures must be verified; restoration must reapply revocations and applicable deletion obligations before reopening access.
Privacy requests follow the approved qualified operational commitment: acknowledgement is aimed within 48 hours and completion ordinarily within one month, subject to identity verification, applicable law and complexity, with reasons and next steps explained where permitted if more time or retention is required. Separate consent and a retention decision are required for genuine learner research. No real research collection is authorized by this draft.
Voluntary account closure
A customer may request voluntary account closure through the support address. BA Mentorship will verify control of the account using the existing sign-in or a proportionate verification process; passwords and one-time codes must not be sent to support. Before final confirmation, the customer will be offered export of their permitted learner-authored work and warned that closure ends hosted and download access. After explicit final confirmation, all sessions and hosted/download access will be revoked. Learner-authored work will be deleted from the live learning database within 7 calendar days of final confirmation, subject to the same documented legal and unresolved-case exceptions. Minimum order, payment, tax, security and dispute records, and backup copies, follow their separately applicable schedules. Closure does not automatically issue a refund, cancel unresolved complaints or privacy requests, remove non-excludable rights, or end the licence for legitimately downloaded materials except where the approved refund terms require it.
Planned permanent service closure
For a planned permanent closure of the hosted service, BA Mentorship will give affected customers at least 90 calendar days of advance notice. This notice period does not by itself shorten a purchased access term or settle any refund or other remedy for undelivered access. Unexpected outages are handled separately: we will communicate as soon as reasonably practicable, and applicable customer rights remain unaffected.
For a planned permanent shutdown, BA Mentorship will stop accepting new purchases and upgrades and continue serving existing purchases through their original paid expiry dates, including purchased-version kit downloads and support. Each customer will then retain the agreed 30-calendar-day export-only recovery period and related support. The final hosted shutdown date will be no earlier than both the end of the approved 90-calendar-day notice period and the end of the last applicable recovery period. Valid downloaded-material licences and unresolved refund, complaint and privacy rights remain governed by the approved policies. If circumstances prevent fulfilment of these commitments, notice alone will not cancel the remaining obligation or replace the applicable remedy.
Supported use and service limitations
Support is by support.bamentorship@gmail.com. Existing response commitments and exclusions remain unchanged: no live/24-hour helpdesk, individual coaching, human marking, job placement, account administration or guaranteed future upgrades.
Hosted sign-in and synchronization require internet access. Desktop browsers are the primary learning target. CSS-width and zoom checks do not certify a physical phone, mobile keyboard or screen reader. Core and Advanced companions require compatible Windows Power BI Desktop; schema and browser tests are not native validation. No uninterrupted hosting or permanent free infrastructure is promised. Material defects, misdescription and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain outside support limitations.
Release boundaries
Sales and upgrade checkout remain closed until the approved terms, usable delivery, operational support, tax/invoice readiness and all applicable acceptance gates are satisfied. Provider-contract and cross-border requirements, native/device evidence, qualified human review and genuine learner research remain separate checks. Policy approval is not evidence that any of those checks passed.
No new arbitrary financial-record retention period, GST registration status, tax rate, renewal offer, uninterrupted hosting promise or automated refund is created by this addendum.
