Approved offline-product policies — BA Mentorship 2.0.0 These historical policies are preserved exactly below. Hosted service additions remain drafts and do not amend these texts. === USAGE === For personal learning, interview preparation and private study. You may download and use the purchased BA Mentorship materials for your own learning. You may adapt the included blank templates for your own personal practice and professional work. You may not share, upload, publish, copy for others, sublicense, resell, redistribute or otherwise make the paid learning materials, simulations, datasets, answer keys or complete product package available to another person or organization, whether modified or unmodified. The projects and scenarios included in BA Mentorship are simulated learning experiences. They must not be represented as real employment, client-delivery or production experience. This usage policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded. === REFUND === BA Mentorship Refund Policy — version 2.0.0 1. Change-of-mind requests You may request a full refund of the amount paid for your purchased edition within 7 calendar days after usable access is delivered. Calendar days include weekends and holidays. Usable access means a working download link for the correct edition has been provided to your designated Google-account email with the required access permissions. Submitting a payment claim does not start this window. Downloading the materials does not by itself remove eligibility. A request received within the window remains timely even if our review finishes later. 2. Issues handled separately The seven-day change-of-mind window does not restrict requests concerning duplicate payments, failed or unresolved delivery/access, incorrect product delivery, materially defective or misdescribed materials, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Confirmed excess payments for the same purchase will be refunded. For delivery or product problems, we will investigate and provide appropriate correction, replacement or refund, consistent with your applicable rights. You do not need to pay again to have an existing delivery problem reviewed. 3. How to request a refund Email support.bamentorship@gmail.com with your purchase email, edition, order ID if available, payment reference and a brief explanation. If an order ID was never issued, we can use the other purchase details to investigate. Do not send passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs. 4. Review and payment verification Refunds are reviewed manually against actual receipt, order and delivery records. Scanning a QR, submitting a reference or supplying a screenshot does not itself verify payment or approve a refund. A refund request or approval notice is not proof that funds have been returned. We will explain the outcome in writing. 5. Response and processing We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and resolve complaints within one month of receipt. Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of approval, or sooner where applicable law requires. For this processing period, business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in India. Refunds will use the original payment route where supported; otherwise we will agree a verified return method with the original payer. Bank/payment-provider crediting time can vary. We will provide the initiation date and available transaction reference, and assist with any delay; this does not reduce our applicable obligations. 6. Access after a full refund After a full refund, access and the licence to the refunded paid materials end. Stop using and delete copies of those paid materials, except records you are legally entitled or required to retain. This does not require deleting independently created work. Refunding only an excess duplicate payment does not cancel access covered by the valid original payment. 7. Consumer rights This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. The seven-day change-of-mind window does not replace those rights. === PRIVACY === BA Mentorship Privacy and Retention Policy — version 2.0.0 1. Scope and contact This policy explains how BA Mentorship handles purchase, delivery, support and learning-related information. Contact support.bamentorship@gmail.com for privacy requests and concerns. It applies to information BA Mentorship controls; your bank, UPI app and Google services also have their own privacy practices. 2. Information collected and why For purchases we collect your Google-account email, optional name, selected edition, price, payment reference and order/request identifiers. We record relevant timestamps, payment-review decisions, delivery-file references, access permissions, refund information and audit history to fulfil the correct order, verify actual receipt, prevent duplicate fulfilment, provide support, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We also process messages and attachments you choose to send for support. Provide only information needed for the issue; do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or unrelated bank records. A customer claim, reference or screenshot does not itself verify payment. Only the owner's private review of actual incoming funds can approve a real paid order. Refund approval does not itself establish that a refund reached the payer. 3. Learning data, analytics and research The offline learning app stores notes, answers and practice progress in your browser, with export/import files under your control. It does not automatically upload that learning data to BA Mentorship or an AI service. Local storage can be unavailable or lost; keep your own exports. Browser reset does not delete copies you exported, emailed or synced through your own services. If you voluntarily send a learning export for support, it becomes support correspondence under this policy. BA Mentorship does not add advertising trackers to the learning app or sell personal data. Order/support contact details are not permission for marketing. Any future optional marketing or genuine learner research requires a separate notice and appropriate consent; buying a product or using local rehearsal tools does not automatically enrol you in research. Avoid putting other people's confidential or personal information into practice work or support messages. 4. Access, service providers and sharing Order records are intended to be held in private owner-controlled Google Sheets. Google Apps Script, Drive and email services support the storefront, restricted file delivery and correspondence. Access is limited to the owner and any specifically authorised person who needs it for a stated purpose. Buyer copies are restricted to their designated account; another buyer is not given access to your order record. Google and payment providers may process service, account or technical information under their own policies, including on infrastructure outside your country. BA Mentorship does not promise that all provider processing occurs in India. Necessary information may also be shared with a payment provider, professional adviser or lawful authority to resolve a payment, dispute or legal obligation; only the relevant minimum is shared. Records are not made public or sold. 5. Retention schedule The following rules apply to records under BA Mentorship's control. A longer period requires a specific continuing purpose or legal obligation; it is not a reason to retain every field or message indefinitely. - Ordinary closed support correspondence: delete 90 calendar days after the support case is closed, once it is no longer needed for an active order, access issue, refund, dispute, fraud/security review or legally required record. This is BA Mentorship's operational choice, not a statutory deadline. If a hold ends after day 90, reassess promptly and delete when no other retention requirement remains. - Unpaid, rejected or abandoned order claims: delete 90 calendar days after documented closure, provided no actual payment, access problem, refund, dispute, fraud/security review or legal hold remains. Check actual receipt before classifying a claim as unpaid. Payment, completed-order, refund, invoice, accounting and tax records: Retain only the minimum information necessary for the period required under the tax, accounting and other recordkeeping laws that actually apply to BA Mentorship. Where CGST Act section 36 applies, relevant books and records are retained for the statutory period calculated under that provision, including any longer period required for an appeal, proceeding or investigation. Where another applicable law requires a different period, that period will be followed. The applicable basis and calculated retention end date will be recorded for each relevant record category. Unrelated support correspondence and personal information that are not required for the continuing recordkeeping purpose will be removed earlier under the applicable retention rule. Records will not be retained for an arbitrary fixed period merely because they relate to a payment or order. - Delivery/access entitlement records: retain the minimum account, edition, order and file-permission mapping while the corresponding delivery/access service remains active, then for 90 days after closure unless a financial-record or other hold applies. This rule does not promise indefinite hosting or continuing download availability. - Dispute, fraud/security investigation and legal-hold records: retain the relevant evidence while the matter remains open and until any applicable appeal, investigation or legally required retention period ends. Review the hold at least every 6 months, record its reason, and apply the relevant category's deletion rule once it ends. - Routine security/access logs under our control: retain for 1 year from the event, unless an incident, dispute or applicable legal requirement justifies longer retention. This does not require collecting additional logs that are not needed, and does not override a financial-record obligation for an order audit entry. - Owner-controlled backup copies: expire deleted information from ordinary backups within 90 days after deletion from active records, unless a documented hold applies. Restrict backups to recovery use and reapply deletion decisions if restored. Independent provider retention and recovery processes are governed by their own terms; immediate deletion from every provider system is not promised. - Learner-controlled local data and genuine research records: you control your local notes and exports; BA Mentorship cannot remotely erase them. Any genuine research collection needs a separate consented protocol specifying its own data, purpose and retention period before collection starts. 6. Safe deletion and security Age alone does not authorise deletion. Before removing records, check dependencies, active orders, access, refunds, disputes, security reviews and legal holds. Keep only the minimum information needed for the continuing purpose and record the reason and review date. A support message needed as evidence follows that underlying matter's retention requirement; the ordinary 90-day support rule does not override it. Access controls, private storage and proportionate account safeguards protect records, but no system can be guaranteed risk-free. A deletion mechanism must be tested and separately authorised before it handles real records. We will not describe data as deleted until the relevant action is verified. Security incidents will be investigated and affected people or authorities notified where required. 7. Your choices and privacy requests Contact the support address to ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern. We will verify identity proportionately without requesting payment credentials. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 48 hours and ordinarily complete them within one month, subject to identity verification, applicable law and the complexity of the request. If additional time or retention is required, we will explain the reason and next steps where permitted. Withdrawing information needed for an active service may prevent further delivery or support; we will explain that effect. It does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be kept, cancel a refund entitlement or remove rights that cannot be excluded. This policy does not limit available statutory rights or complaint routes. 8. Changes and commencement Material changes to this policy will be communicated before they apply. New purposes requiring consent will not be silently added to earlier purchases. This version becomes the customer-facing policy only after owner approval, working support contact details, applicable legal/setup checks and separately authorised release. Approving this policy alone does not authorise deletion, sharing, emails, refunds, payments or publication. === SUPPORT === BA Mentorship Support Policy — version 2.0.0 1. Contact and scope Email support.bamentorship@gmail.com for help with purchase access, delivery, downloading or extracting the correct package, opening the included files in the stated supported software, and reporting missing, incorrect or defective materials. Include your purchase email, edition and version, order ID if available, and a brief description of the issue. Send only relevant information; never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or unrelated financial records. 2. Response and resolution Support is provided by email, not a live or 24-hour helpdesk. We aim to acknowledge ordinary enquiries within two business days. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in India. Consumer complaints and refund requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours and complaints resolved within one month as stated in the approved Refund Policy. Privacy requests follow the qualified response commitment in the Privacy and Retention Policy. If investigation is needed, we will explain the next steps and keep you informed; an acknowledgement does not mean a technical issue has been fixed. 3. Supported use and boundaries The learning kit targets desktop browser use. Consult the edition's device and software requirements before purchase; phone and tablet editing are not promised. Core and Advanced Power BI companions require compatible Windows Power BI Desktop. We can help identify an issue with supplied materials, but cannot administer your bank, Google or Microsoft account or guarantee that third-party software and services will work on every device. Support covers access and issues with the purchased version. The purchase does not include individual coaching, human marking, live classes, custom development, job placement, employment verification or a promise of future product upgrades. These boundaries do not exclude investigation or remedies for a materially defective or misdescribed product, or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded. 4. Payment, refunds and your information Delivery follows the owner's private verification of actual incoming funds; it is not instant. A reference, screenshot or support message cannot itself verify payment. Do not pay again to have an existing access issue investigated. Refunds and privacy requests follow the separately approved policies. Support correspondence is handled under the Privacy and Retention Policy, including its 90-day rule for ordinary closed cases and its order, refund, dispute, security and legal exceptions.
