Confluence Page

What it is

A Confluence page is a document in a shared team wiki where requirements, meeting notes, decisions and guides are written, linked and kept up to date. Teams use templates to keep pages consistent. Pages can include tables, diagrams, task lists and links to tickets, and the page history shows who changed what and when.

Why it matters

Documentation that nobody can find is as good as no documentation. A shared wiki keeps the latest agreed information in one searchable place. For analysts, wiki pages are where living requirements, meeting notes and decisions are kept, so the team always works from the latest version.

Example

The Pinecrest team keeps a requirements page for the delivery-cost feature with the purpose, scope, user stories, a process diagram and open questions, linked from the Jira epic so developers always read the current version. When the scope changes, the analyst edits the page once and the team can see the history, instead of hunting through email attachments.
