When the 12 months begin: The period starts only when the correct kit is accessible, the correct hosted entitlement is active and delivery has been notified. It includes 12 calendar months of download availability and email support for the purchased version.
After hosted access expires: A 30-day authenticated recovery period allows export of existing work only. It does not extend learning access. You may continue using the downloaded version after expiry, except after a full refund. There is no automatic renewal; any renewal offer will be decided separately.
